All this cyber bullying and cyber space is new to parents. What can we do?
An idependant study found that children spending long periods of time online had an increased likely hood of being cyber bullied. The research found that children that had a blend of sport and socialising outdoors after school were far less affected by cyber bullying. Sounds so obvious.
It's what children are doing when they're offline that counts. Finding a healthy balance is the key.
When children are online for too long it affects their ability to communicate.

Experts conducted a study on 150 children between the age of 10 - 18 and found the a major reducion in Cyber bullying when children were a part of a sporting or outdoors activity.
For as little as 30 minutes a day experts reported a drastic decrease in Cyber bullying issues.
Supporting our children with a balanced lifesyle is the key.
