Do we follow the herd? Or rise above it?
The issues we face today are so complex and overwhelming that society itself is lost in them, in the herd. So instead of schools just focusing on making our herd ( groups ) stronger. Maybe it’s time to develop an awareness of what the herd itself actually repre
sents. This puts it all into a balanced perspective.
Over 90% of people will be affected by some form of bullying in their career. The same applies to our children with even more ways to bully via cyber space and txt.
The old world approach is 'below the line'. The new world approach is 'above the line'.
By combining Families and Teachers at School we gain a whole school response.
